Strangely the Nokia 8800 Arte has not sold as well as predicted, which is a shame as it is a pretty good phone. Nokia have done a outstanding job on the functional design of this mobile phone. Compared to alternative mobile phones for the price the 8800 Arte is quite reasonably well featured.

Moving on to the display the mobile phone is fitted with a 2 inch screen, which, if you look at other options available for this sort of money is a disappointingly sized display. The screen is a OLED, 16M colors. The Nokia 8800 Arte comes equipped with bluetooth, so it is compatible with the vast majority of devices. The 8800 Arte has Polyphonic (64 channels), MP3, video ringtones ring tones enabled plus a vibrating alert . This mobile phone weighs just 150 g. This phone is very small. In terms of colours the 8800 Arte can only be bought in Black. The battery cell that is fitted to the 8800 Arte is a Standard battery, Li-Ion 1000 mAh (BL-4U). In terms of the all important battery cell life the Nokia 8800 Arte has 3:00 talk time and 300 hrs reserve time. The Nokia 8800 Arte is compatible with 2G GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 and 3G UMTS 2100 . The 8800 Arte has an integrated 3.15 MP, 2048×1536 pixels, autofocus, video camera. For those that need access to the Internet on the move a WAP 2.0/xHTML browser is included. To allow mobile Internet access a WAP 2.0/xHTML browser is included. The 8800 Arte has a number of other useful features such as , Calculator, Durable stainless steel covers, MP3/AAC/eAAC player, Turn-to-mute, Voice memo, Built-in handsfree and Java MIDP 2.1.

Despite being a fairly new model, it has already been surpassed. Because of this it is fairly easy to get a great deal on the 8800 Arte.

There are hundreds offers on offer to potential mobile phone customers. For example by using a site to compare mobile phones you can get a mobile phone with 12 month free line rental or a free MPS-60 Speakers.

Different lenders charge different fees. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.

Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 8 percent offered by competitors will change.

While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 3 percent. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 11 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 9 percent. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

Although most mortgage experts say that rates 10 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 8 percentage. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. See which lenders are charging fees 10 percent and for how much. A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 5 percent. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 3 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged.

Relationships are opportunities to express yourself physically, and gratitude is acknowledgement of an opportunity taken.

How do you see yourself in relationship to all others and your environment? Do you see yourself, as kind/cruel, loving/hateful, generous/stingy, peaceful/restless or something else?

If you know yourself as one of these, then you will have a desire to express yourself in some way.

Relationships are opportunities to express these aspects of self. An opportunity is nothing more than a time and place to demonstrate that you are a kind person or a cruel person or whatever. All of life needs to express itself, and getting involved with another is that opportunity that you have drawn to yourself to say “here I am,” “I am kind,” “I am cruel,” or anything else that you wish to express.

This is the purpose of the relative world. It is the forum, the time and place to experience what you believe that you are and to declare it.

Personal relationships with lovers, partners, family, relatives, friends and strangers facilitate expression of your being. Without relationships you would be nothing because you could not express yourself and you could not declare that you are one thing or the other.

You cannot demonstrate love unless you have the opportunity to experience love, and you cannot say that you are loving unless you have the opportunity to be loving.

With the opportunity to express oneself in a relationship comes the responsibility to express gratitude for the opportunity. Gratitude is merely an acknowledgement of having a thing. It is a declaration of ownership.

If you have received a thing, then you must acknowledge it before it becomes yours. “I am grateful,” merely says that I have received what I desired.

All relationships work, because they are opportunities to express yourself positively or negatively. They may be accepted or rejected, but nevertheless they are opportunities and they must be acknowledged through gratitude. It is the human condition to say that a relationship worked or it didn’t, but at a different perspective all relationships work. With this higher thought, one begins to see all of life as a giant buffet. One begins to see abundance and opportunity in an endless sea of choices. And because this new awareness sets one free to choose, you will always see opportunity and welcome relationships, good or bad!

Marriage and divorce are such opportunities. They are perfect times to express your higher self and your darkest side. Close partnerships bring the best opportunities because they are the closest and most difficult to turn away from. There is urgency to react to the issues at hand because they are in your face.

They are wonderful opportunities to act or react in your own best interest. The person in you life that you are at odds with the most, offers you the greatest opportunity to demonstrate who you are.

“Good or bad,” “right or wrong,” are poor ways to describe relationships. All relationships are good, and all relationships work for you, even if it is an opportunity to walk away from them. And all of these opportunities are drawn to you by yourself because of your desire to express yourself.

The driver that cuts you off in traffic brings opportunity for you to react. At that moment at some level of your consciousness you need to experience, anger, pity, tolerance or understanding. This careless driver is an Angel (opportunity) that you asked for, whether you can fully appreciate it in the moment or not. In a higher state of awareness you would bless him/her for their gift (opportunity) to you.

Even in so called failing relationships there are just as many opportunities to express or experience yourself because there really is no such thing as a failing relationship. There is only an opportunity for you to see that the relationship as failing or not. There are new opportunities here to restore the relationship, walk away from it or turn it into something even better or worse. There is a chance to suffer in it or rise above it.

Physical love is a poor reason to enter into a relationship blindly. Love is life, and life moves. Unless the partners are prepared to grow in a relationship it is doomed to fail in physical terms. Relationships must always be a declaration of self growth and opportunity.

Over time, physical love may no longer be experienced but the opportunities for growth never dies and one may still be able to express gratitude for the opportunity that the partner has brought them. If relationships are seen as opportunities then it is always a win/win experience for all persons involved.

Relationships are also opportunities for one to reflect on self. If you can put yourself into the position of the silent observer, you can reflect on your experience and make adjustments to your thoughts about all the issues that came up. You can choose to see the relationship as only positive and beneficial to you.

Relationships that are seen as only good or bad, right or wrong are doomed to only those choices. Seen as opportunities, they all become beneficial and good. Relationships cannot be experienced as good or beneficial until they are acknowledged through an expression of gratitude.

The term ‘Web development’ has a broad meaning, because it refers to everything that is included in creating a successful web site, from graphical design, to programming, configuring the server and search engine optimization. Today there are thousands of web development companies, small ones with few employees and large ones with hundreds.

You can find a large number of web design companies in the city of Denver. Denver’s web development industry has evolved quite a lot, the clients now have many offers to choose from.

The Denver web development firms are Internet marketing companies concentrated on both web design and business, and they can help anyone interested in launching his business on the Internet and creating the site that’s best fit for him. Most of the Denver web development companies can take care of everything that is required for a site to be successful - its graphical design, appearance, and of course they also take care of search engine optimization and upgrades. The Denver web development companies also have servers that offer reliable web hosting solutions for all types of business, offering dedicated hosting, colocated hosting, shared hosting, or unique solutions.

The strategy applied by the professional Denver web development companies consists in talking to the customer first, finding out exactly what he wants, then researching the specified domain, looking for similar material that worked for other sites, and then beginning the work. When the site is finished, the Denver web development programmers do everything that is possible to raise the site’s page ranking, from search engine optimization to writing and submitting articles.

If you own an outdated web site the Denver web development firms can easily transform it into a sharp looking, up to date one, and they can design special custom applications that fit into your site, and last, but not least, the Denver web development firms have special promotional offers

Many Denver web development companies are known worldwide, they have years of practice in this domain, and they are receiving offers from people and firms everywhere, providing 24/7 customer services.

Cyber bingo is getting progressively common across the world. After the current smoking ban in pubs and other public places, plenty of well-established bingo haunts have been forced to close - expectably, this brought about plenty of enterprises marketing net bingo as as another option.

Movie star recommendations from the likes of Sharon and Jordan Osbourne have also helped improve the profile of on line bingo - embracing close to three million plus enthusiasts already going for a game or two.

These days we’ll find plenty of quite a number of net bingo websites, every one putting forward visitors bonanzas and a mess of other exclusive rewards e. g. innovative cars, concert tickets, not to forget luxury holidays.

Another particularly splendid aspect of net bingo is that you can try your hand at it practically anytime wherever there is a Net connection. In view of games beginning every few minutes you will be able to position bingo so it integrates entirely with your regular everyday life.

People expected that the social side of bingo gambling would doubtlessly suffer thanks to the decline of the well-established bingo haunts, though actually bingo afficionados in England and elsewhere have refuted all skeptical voices! Ever more are queueing up at the facilities implemented by mucho net bingo enterprises.

Here at these places anyone can get to know more than a few new friends, leverage exclusive tournaments and engage with a bingo group.

What’s more, research reports have ascertained that one is more likely to secure a million pounds wagering on line bingo as weighed against alternate forms of risking a bet e. g. sweepstakes and sports wagering.

As well, should you become a little bit uninterested in bingo, a legion of net bingo websites will furnish a number of alternative amusements. These can be anything from slot games thru caption games and puzzles.

With such a lot of options on hand it can be bewildering to determine which bingo establishment is agreeable to you. What is more, it’s guaranteed to pay out to have a crack at a bit of research and inspect who is currently recommending the most engaging bonuses and promos. Quite a number of net bingo websites will permit their patrons to play a certain number of free bingo games or upmark players’ cash deposits.

If your neighbours have signed up with a certain net bingo web setup, why not consider joining them because the chatting and networking side adds to the recreation!:)

Pay close attention and make it work the best for you.

No doubt you’ve listened to, and then quickly deleted,
messages from account execs from your local radio
stations. Maybe you’ve even entertained them in your office.
Hopefully you didn’t have to sanitize your phone or office
afterwards.

Well, radio can be great way to garner awareness cheaply…
ahem, inexpensively… if you do it right. Remember…
97.823% of all radio ads S-U-C-K. That leaves you to carry
the banner for great radio advertising. And when you do, you
will get noticed. Believe me, you will get noticed.

Why do so many radio ads suck? Between the screaming
car ads, nasally voiced business owners who should never
get anywhere near a microphone reading their own ads,
and the next “turnkey” business opportunity, they are all
dressed in their plaid suits and resorting to hucksterism.
They want your money and they want it now.

They forget one thing. Well, actually a lot of things, but the
main thing they forget that people are not tuning in for their
ad. Listeners want Rush, Rome, Al, Laura, music, sports,
news, or whatever. People aren’t saying, “Gee, I gotta hear
great heating and air conditioning ads today!”

Your ad is interrupting what they listen for. By nature, you are
already behind the eight ball before you start in radio. But
there is hope.

First off, do NOT let a radio station employee write your ad.

If your exec isn’t a writer (you may luck out in that some
radio execs are copywriters in training looking for an agency
gig) and you don’t speak up, your ad will probably get
written by either: the station producer- who may have
already written 4 or 5 other ads that same DAY,who doesn’t
have enough time to fully attend to your needs, and thereby
wasting your money; OR a disc jockey (strange term- they
don’t spin wax anymore, Daddy-O) whose annoyed he or
she has to write an ad, or who’s not a talented writer to
begin with, also wasting your money; OR by an intern,
secretary, or other employee - who may relish the
opportunity, but may not have the chops yet, or is being
pressured to write something “quick and dirty” so it can
produced and on the air — also thereby wasting your money.

You have creative control and the ultimate yay or nay, so feel
free to choose your writer. Hint and Shameless Plug : There
is a link here to direct you to an excellent radio writer. It’s
http://www.brandedbetter.com.

Now, when it comes down to concepting and reviewing
scripts, remember this: Radio is called Theater of the Mind
for good reason. Use it to your advantage. Recall your
disadvantage before starting.

Cleverness will grab attention. But… it must be on strategy
to be effective. Give your writer ONE benefit to express. How
does that benefit resonate with the target audience? Don’t
think if you have a “mundane” or “boring” product or service,
there’s no cleverness to be had. Give a good writer enough
information, and they will find it.

A few of the BEST radio ads I’ve ever heard was for a soil
conditioner. Yup. A soil conditioner. Two voices. One
performed by the writer. The other performed by midlevel
(read… talented, and nonunion) voice talent. Writer as The
Hick Farmer. Nonunion Talent as the Smart Farmer.

Hick Farmer: “Hey, nay-bor…Whatzzat on yer roof?”

Smart Farmer: (obviously) “It’s a satellite dish.”

Hick Farmer: “Whazzit fer…? Talkin’ to the Martians?”

You can almost hear the slack jaw in your head. And it
makes you want to hear more. That’s your goal for radio.

Another ad for the same product was even better.

Smart Farmer: “Hey, neighbor… Why so glum?”

Hick Farmer: “Aw… the weeds, the bugs, the disease… my
crops are about ruined… I’ve had an awful year. The wife
has been pickin’ her tooth for leftovers.”

Now, I’m not a farmer. I never heard of conditioning soil. But,
you can bet I understood what it did after these ads. And did
I mention I was wondrously entertained when receiving this
information?

To be fair, these ads were produced by an ad agency with a
good sized budget. The campaign also won some ad
awards and some industry awards. The point is– a good ad
isn’t loud, repetitive, trite, condescending, or tries to jam as
many words possible into the time frame. In fact, silence
works to your advantage. Silence in radio (or even TV) is like
white space on a print ad. It tastefully surrounds the content
for maximum effectiveness, drawing the eye (in this case,
ear) in to read (hear) the copy.

Voices are important, too. Ever listen to the radio and hear
the same voice all over the ads? That’s usually Mr. or Ms.
Producer– the person who makes sure the ad gets made.
That’s why they don’t have time to write a good one for you.
Many freelance writers, myself included, know something
about voices and casting, and can probably get you the best
talent for your dollar. Some writers can even voice their own
copy. And think twice, no… three times about voicing it
yourself. Better make that four times.

Oh, and if you’re wondering what length of ad to buy? In
most cases, go for the :60. For just a few dollars more, you
get twice the time to play with. If you are spending money on
radio, use ALL the resources available to you to create the
best possible ad. And that usually entails going outside the
radio station walls to get it. ~~

Firstly, a Yoga student, who has such a serious ailment, should get their doctor’s permission before starting to practice Yoga with a teacher. If possible, get a doctor’s referral to a particular Yoga teacher, who is more knowledgeable in this area. Many doctors often network with local Yoga teachers, studios, and ashrams, for the benefit of their patients.

Chair Yoga classes may be advisable in some instances. Yoga postures practiced during chair Yoga classes will not put pressure on the neck. It is also wise to find a teacher who has been thoroughly trained in the use of props, modifications, and completely understands your ailment.

Find a Yoga teacher who is understanding, gentle, and knowledgeable. At that point, set up an interview with your prospective Yoga teacher, and explain your ailment in detail. The methods, personalities, knowledge, and patience, of instructors who are teaching Yoga, will vary.

Some of the poses that I would not recommend would be: Sirsasana (Headstand); Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand); Halasana (Plow Posture); or any other posture that could cause severe compression on the cervical vertebrae (neck). Also, your doctor should be made aware of any “risky” movements and positions performed in a Yoga class, such as, chin locks, neck rolls, and fingers clasped behind the neck.

You will find it is important not to do any exercises or postures that hurt, even a little bit. Pain is your body’s way of telling you, “not to do that” and “stop now.” The Yoga exercises, that will help you the most, are those where you will feel a smooth and gentle stretch. If you don’t feel a gentle stretch, I suspect those Yoga poses are not doing you much good.

If any Yoga exercises hurt at all, stop doing them immediately. I have yet to see a student, patient, or client, benefit from doing any Yoga pose that caused pain. To continue further on this point: Any treatment, of any kind, (Chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, or Yoga), should be with the goal of less pain. Why do it, at all, if you are going to be in more pain?

Learning Yoga for a serious condition, such as a neck ailment, should be practiced under maximum supervision of a competent Yoga teacher. I would suggest at least one private lesson before trying a group Yoga class. A Yoga teacher may suggest, at least, a few private Yoga sessions, so that the student understands all the safety guidelines.

As educational as Yoga videos are, they are no substitution for the guidance of a competent Yoga instructor.

The Top 10 Ways to Follow-Up with Coaching Clients - Part 1

Did you know that 80% of all sales are made after the 5th contact?

The biggest mistake we make is not following up with our clients regularly. We not only lose the chance to offer other services and products, we lose the chance for satisfied clients’ referrals.

Building your practice needs consistent bi-monthly follow-ups.

If you think this takes too much time, follow my lead and delegate some of it where you will spend only 6-8 hours a week. Remember, only marketing and promotion builds income and business, the rest are expenses.

Here’s the ten ways to follow-up with coaching clients:

1. Keep track of every one who contacts you, in person or by email about coaching.

Treat email addresses like gold. These are already qualified, targeted future clients. Copy and paste their email note, date, and question into Textpad or notepad under the name “potential clients.” Print it out and keep in a hard file named the same.

2. Don’t throw away email addresses.

When someone connects with you, copy and paste their address into your computer folder called “eLists.” Place the address where you think it belongs. Name one file “potential clients.” If they are past clients, create another list and call it “past clients.” If present clients, make a file for them too. Categorized into groups, you can personalize your note to each one. Every month you’ll want contact one of these groups and offer them something special.

3. Keep track of your ezine subscribers’ emails separately.

While you may use a company to send out your ezine, you may also want to have that list handy in your own office. My assistant uses www.textpad.com shareware program to manage all of my different email lists. Since I only send out my ezine on book coaching and business tip monthly, I follow-up in between with a thank you or special offer. It takes less than 3 minutes to send out.

4. Choose the appropriate follow-up message for each group.

For your monthly ezine, you may want to send out a mini “marketing survey.” You ask 4-8 questions. For any who take the time to respond, you offer them a fre.e eBook or report.
In one follow-up I asked, “What are the 3 top questions you want answered about writing and publishing a book?” My subscribers knew I was thinking about them and appreciated it by signing up for the follow-up small cost book coaching marathon teleclass.

People love freebies, so when your follow-up offers a free tip or question and answer, our potential clients will see your value.

5. Leverage big results from just a little effort.

Don’t waste any information that helps you promote. After you get responses to your mini survey, use them again and again. After you answer the questions, keep them in a folder called Q and A. Create a new web site link and post them as new content for your hungry web site visitors.

When other professionals ask me for an interview for their ezines and sites, I get them via email, answer them and get promoted by others through their ezines and Web sites.

At the same time, I divide these interviews into articles under 1000 words and submit them to opt-in ezines looking for free content.

From just one ezine interview, several high power professionals called me to order books first, then to become business clients.

Follow-up means giving to your potential clients. When you give, many will give back. They will pass your freebie on to their associates and friends and even keep the information in a file.

Don’t think you are bothering your contacts. If they don’t want your news, they can opt-out. Thank you’s and free gifts keep your name in front of your buyers. It tells them you appreciate them and let’s them know what new things you can offer them. Follow-up is good business.

Part two of this article is available at www.bookcoaching.com/freearticles/article-139.shtml.

Diversify - to make diverse, give variety, to balance, to divide securities in different industries, to produce variety, to engage in varied operations.

Diversification is a wealth building strategy; it is also an excellent method for becoming more profitable. By working on your business instead of in it you can remain focused on the big picture and clearly see the best options for creating multiple revenue streams.

If you sell products you can offer them in different sizes, combine them with other products of yours or with complimentary products and sell the value added package at a higher price point. If you have a service business you can offer different services and programs at different price points.

By developing multiple revenue streams you spread out your risk and the costs of marketing and customer or client acquirement and boost your profits. It’s also an excellent way to offer your customers ideas for repeat sales, which are more profitable than first time sales.

In a service business you could offer a booklet about a program you have developed for $15.00, a mini workshop on the same program for $49.00, a series of teleclasses on the same program for $69.00, a full day seminar on the same program for $125.00…

This allows clients to choose the product that is the right price point for their current interest level. It allows you to develop a strong program, and by leveraging that program with slight variations and packaging you can create several different revenue streams.

It’s also an effective strategy for encouraging clients to try your service and then continue to buy once they understand the quality and value of your offering.

One important thing to remember when developing multiple revenue streams they should be complimentary to one and other. This will allow the products or services to cross promote each other appealing to the same customer demographic. You want to be focused and very specific in what you offer even though you are giving your customers several choices.

Be careful when developing multiple revenue streams that your efforts don’t become fragmented. Make sure that your offerings always appeal to your target customer, trying to target products or services to all potential customers will cost you money and will weaken your marketing appeal to your core customers.

Passive income is an excellent way to add a revenue source without adding more work to your schedule. There is the initial creative process, but once the product or program is developed and your marketing strategies are in place profits will come in without you having to create something, or provide a service each time.

Take a step back from your business and see where you can leverage your current offerings into additional products or services and what kinds of passive income opportunities you can develop to boost your profits.

If you don’t own your own business you can still apply the idea of multiple income streams to your career, look into doing special projects with a project based fee that is in addition to your regular salary, explore how you can use your strengths and expertise to develop some passive income opportunities and investigate the ideas you have had for starting a business while you still have the pay security of your current career.
