			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ground source heat pumps give a rather low-cost and eco friendly way to use spare heat from the earth for heating and cooling both residential and industrial structures. Starting set-up costs can be quite a lot higher than typical air-source systems, but geothermal heat pumps deliver greatly lower ownership costs over the long run. Ground source heat pumps (GSHPs) are units that utilize the earth?s temperature to give heating, cooling and hot water for commercial establishments and houses. The systems are developed to make use of the fact that temperatures stay at a nearly constant level of between 7 C and 21 C just a few feet beneath the ground, irrespective of geographic area or surface air temperatures. Throughout winter, the devices essentially draw out heat from the ground and shift it to a commercial building or residence, while in summer the systems draw out heat from building interiors and transport it to the ground. Ground source heat pumps are electrically driven and are often referred to as geothermal heat pumps, or geo-exchange pumps, or merely as earth-coupled heat pumps. Through winter, the liquid in the loops gathers heat from the earth and shoves it to the heat pump when a compressor boosts the temperature even more before circulating it throughout the building. The movement of the liquid inside the loops is reversed throughout summer. This results in the warmer air being drawn out from the building and transferred to the earth while cooler liquid is circulated back to the heat pump and then all the way through the building. An open loop system performs in more or less the same fashion, but in this case the liquid in the loops is usually ejected into the earth. Ground source heat pumps have been used since the 1940s and are regarded as a more eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to regular air-transfer based heating and cooling systems. Studies have demonstrated that GSHP systems have heating efficiencies up to 70% higher than traditional systems and cooling efficiencies of nearly 40% more than air-conditioners. The initial cost of setting up a geothermal heat pump can be quite steep compared to traditional heating and cooling systems. Even so, over the long term the pumps are less expensive to own and to maintain. They also can deliver up to 50% savings on energy use. There exists no one size fits all treatment regimen for <a href="http://www.occulung.com/">peritoneal mesothelioma</a> sufferers. <p>Considered by oncologists is where the tumor is located, what stage the mesothelioma is in, and the age and health of the patient. Two exotic ways of attacking mesothelioma are gene therapy and  photodynamic therapy. Patients afflicted with mesothelioma are benefitting in these clinical trials.</p>

<p>It is an area of mathematics that use letter of the alphabets in replacement of numbers to derive results for a given situation. They then move on to understanding equivalent fractions, finding <b> <a href="http://www.factoring-polynomials.com/finding-least-common-multiples-1.htm">Least Common Multiples</a>  (LCM)</b> and <b>converting fractions to decimals</b>.</p>
<h2>Oh no! It&#8217;s Exponents, Radicals and Graphing</h2>
<p>There are numerous higher level themes.  To start off with there are exponents. A power is the tiny number placed as superscript to a number or algebraic expression.  In this example (x + y)<sup>3</sup> where the 3 is the power and denotes the power to which that number is exponentiated. The above algebraic expression is read as, x plus y to the third power.  While working with exponents you will oftentimes come across exercises that require you to add, subtract, multiply and divide.  You can work with <b>rational and negative exponents</b>.  If that isn&#8217;t enough to make your head spin, then you can move on to radicals. A radical, in simple terms, is the reversing of an power.  The V beside 4 denote a radical expression which means, the square root of 4, which equals 2.  The contrasting exponential equation is 2^2  which is read, 2 to the 2nd power, and equals 4.  As with exponents,  <a href="http://www.algebra-help.org/simplifying-radical-expressions-containing-one-term.html">radical expressions</a>  can be added, subtracted, multiplied and divided. Radicals can be switched into powers and powers back into radicals.  If you find that powers and roots don&#8217;t really stimulate your interest, you could move on to graphing.  Start with graphing straight lines and deciding if the line is horizontal or vertical or neither.  Another question to ask is whether the line has an <b>x-intercept</b> or a <b>y-intercept</b>  Furthermore, try and see if you can find the slope of a line. Once you master graphing lines, a whole world of circles, parabolas and hyperbolas awaits you!</p>

Look for math tutors or software applications that will walk you through gradual process on how to solve any problem. Know that frustration is not your only friend because any of these tools can assist you become an algebra expert in very little time.</p>

Pleural mesotheliomas main symptom is a lack of breath as a consequence of pleural effusion &#8221; the buildup of fluid in the pleura, or membrane, surrounding the lung. The second most common symptomis chest pain due to the tumor invading the chest wall. Additional symptoms include night sweats, weight loss and exhaustion.</p>
<p>The primary symptomof patients with peritoneal mesothelioma, which originates in the abdomen, is fluid buildup (known as ascites) in the abdomen causing abdominal swelling, pain in the abdomen, and blockage of the bowel.</p>
<p>It is important to note that these symptoms could be caused by a myriad of diseases or conditions. But if you have experienced any of these symptoms and have had asbestos exposure, you should see your doctor.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.mesotheliomamanagement.com/">Peritoneal mesothelioma cancer</a> is hard to identify, because the symptoms are also experienced in less serious health issues. Symptoms typical for mesothelioma:</p>

<li>Difficulty breathing</li>

A pathologist removes a piece of tissue from the region that cancer is suspected and performs an examination that will result in a very accurate diagnosis. Usually, biopsies do not hurt.</p>
<p>CT scans (Computed Tomography) are an option to avoid a biopsy. This is an X-ray procedure where a scanner takes many cross-sectional images as it rotates around the body. Once in a while, a dye is ingested by the patient to help define the images. CT scans have an advantage over biopsies by being easier and non-invasive, and they are known to be an effective diagnostic tool. Beliefs vary whether a biopsy or scan is more cost-effective. If there are irregularities, a biopsy may also be ordered to determine if a tumor exists, and if so, if the tumor is benign or malignant.   It is also possible to diagnose pleural mesothelioma by taking a sample of fluid from the pleura and testing it for the presence of cancer cells.  </p>
<p>These methods can also diagnose and screen patients for mesothelioma. Patients are screened when they suspect they may be at risk but do not have typical symptoms, to make sure they are not in danger or to catch the cancer as early as possible. Patients should be screened for mesothelioma if they have a history of asbestos exposure.</p>
