The Rooms Our accommodations are located in a two-floor building.
They consist of a living room with a kitchen, double bedroom, and bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, cooker with oven, microwave oven, and an espresso coffee machine.
There are 6 apartments, all with climate control, 20” LCD television, DVD Audio Player, satellite receiver.
How to Reach Us
From Liguria, take the A12 motorway south to Versilia; from the north-east, take the A1 south to Parma, then the A 15 (la Cisa) as far as La Spezia, where you must take the A 12 south to Versilia; from Florence, take the A 11 north to Lucca, from the slip road turn for Viareggio, then follow the A 12 north until the Versilia toll booth; from Roma, follow the A 1 motorway north as far as Florence, then take the A 11 to Viareggio, where you enter the A 12 north, exiting at the Versilia toll booth.
Pietrasanta can also be reached by train by taking the ROMA-GENOA, stopping at the Pietrasanta station. The VIAREGGIO station, which is only 10 km away, offers a much wider selection of more long-distance trains.
