If this problem hasn’t hit you yet… it will.
With the ever-increasing popularity of sharing home-videos, mp3 audios, and other large files online, actually transferring those files to your customers, friends, and family presents a problem.
Most email systems limit the size of the files you can send, and often completely restrict some file types, such as .exe, from passing through their email servers.
Most computer geeks say, “Just ftp it to your server and I’ll download it from the Web.”
Unfortunately, that solution often proves too much of a hassle, and actually rates impossible for those without ftp access to a website and the knowledge to use it.
To solve this problem, a new breed of website file transfer service has emerged to help the technically or time-challenged masses share their huge files online.
I discovered this website as most people discover new sites, I saw someone else using it.
A friend wanted to send me a 10MB “zip” file while he traveled from San Francisco to Boise.
He couldn’t use his ftp program to upload it to the Web, and his ISP wouldn’t let him send such a huge file.
So, he logged on to www.yousendit.com and completed a 4-step process.
(1) He entered my email address, (2) chose the file he wanted to send by browsing his hard drive, (3) entered his email and typed in a brief message, and (4) clicked the “send” button.
The service uploaded the file to the web and sent me an email message with a link to download the file from their website.
After I downloaded the file, I clicked a link to delete the file from their server.
If I didn’t bother to click that link, the server would automatically delete the file after 7 days.
A few things make this service unique.
First, it allows you to send files without forcing you to register as a user; it’s totally anonymous.
Second, it allows you to send up to a 1 gigabyte file.
This enables you to send virtually anything you can think of to anyone with an email address and Internet connection.
The site appears to make its money from advertising revenue generated by popup ads and Google AdSense (where they earn a commission every time someone clicks a link).
Third, like Hotmail.com did when first starting out, YouSendIt.com encourages message recipients to turn around and use the service to send files to their friends.
This “viral marketing” effect should help them spread the word quickly without a huge marketing budget.
DropLoad.com also enables users to send large files, though they restrict file sizes to 100 MB.
However, DropLoad.com offers one extra feature lacking in YouSendIt: delivery confirmation.
Dropload enables you to know when the person you sent the file to actually clicks the link to download the file.
This cuts down on the “I never got the file” claims and acts like the Post Office making them sign for registered mail.
You can’t prove they read it, but you can prove they received it.
DropLoad.com does require you to register for a username and password, but the service is free.
Overall, both services do an excellent job of solving a growing problem for a huge audience worldwide.
Also, if you sell information products customers download from the Internet, the link expiration and confirmation features can come in handy (such as giving out free samples or preview copies to potential joint venture partners).

When you take a vacation, one of the most important things to do before you go is plan all the different things you will see and do. Most of the time, the first thing people think of when they think of Orlando, Florida they think of Disneyworld, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studio, or Animal Kingdom. But there is more to Orlando, Florida than meets the eye.
On of the most intriguing non-Disney things to do in Orlando are the Arabian Nights Dinner Theater. This “equestrian theater” includes amazing horses and performers prepared to perform in front of 1200 people. The stunts are magical and the horses beautiful. This is a definite must see for anyone traveling to the Orlando area.
Another equestrian-themed treat is Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede. An enticing dinner theater, this show entertains with comedy, music and incredible action between man and horse. There is even ostrich racing!
In addition to these entertaining options, Orlando, Florida also offers a massive amount of ecotourism. You can start your ecotourism tour with Dolphins Plus. Dolphins Plus gives you a glimpse of the Florida Everglades where you will experience a wide variety of Florida wildlife such as birds and alligators. Toward the end of the day you can enjoy a swim with the dolphins, an experience you will never forget.
Another opportunity to experience Florida ecotourism is the Florida Adventure Tour. The day will begin with a breakfast over King’s Bay. On this trip you will enjoy swimming with the manatees. In addition, this trip includes a wildlife jeep safari waiting to entertain you.
If you’ve had enough of ecotourism and dinner theaters, another option as a part of the Orlando vacation for those who want educational options are museums. Three such museums are the Morse Museum of American Art, the Orlando Museum of Art, and the Cornell Fine Arts Museum. The Morse Museums offers a permanent collection of Tiffany glass and 19th century American paintings. The Orlando Museum of Art offers impressionist art and ancient American Art while the Cornell Fine Arts Museum offers several different types of collections.

A young man, who had suffered with trauma following a road traffic accident came for treatment. One of the unusual experiences that his wife described related to his behaviour in sleep. She had noticed that if she was to touch him, even inadvertently when he was sleeping, he would lash out with anger. On waking up he would not remember what happened during sleep. When the relevant issues were addressed, his wife reported a noticeable change in his behaviour.
Another young man was having a difficult time with his girlfriend. They would have rows on trivial matters. They tried to resolve the matter many times, but it did not work. As he was undergoing treatment for his anger with me, we addressed his suppressed anger with his mother. The rows stopped. The relationship with the girlfriend improved.
If a child shows strange or cruel behaviour to animals or younger children, it warrants concern. It is a sign of repressed anger. If not addressed, the child will grow up to be a problem adult in the community.
A middle aged professional once came for treatment for an excessive sexual drive. His sexual activities and fantasies were alarmingly aggressive. From the world’s viewpoint, he was successful in many ways. He was an unhappy individual on his own. Dealing and addressing his anger issues helped him immensely and his behaviour changed to his own and others’satisfaction.
Anger can manifest itself in many forms. A milder variety of it is called ‘annoyance’. If it is intense and is not expressed, it is termed ‘resentment’. When very intense and is translated or acted out in behaviour, it is termed as ‘rage’. People can get carried away in the semantics of how to describe anger. The bottom line is that when anger is suppressed, the person develops low threshold for feeling angry and may either continue to hold back or act out suddenly and explosively to cause damage to property, relationships or to life.
Someone carrying low threshold of anger will have a ’short fuse’. This is a learnt behaviour. No one is born with a ’short-temper’ or a ’short fuse’ or an aggressive or hostile temperament. These words describe various levels of learnt responses to everyday situations in life. The angry responses are learnt from the environment in which a person was brought up. The more suppressive the environment in which they lived, the more anger a person will carry.
On the softer side, bullying and harassment in the work place are signs of repressed anger. The other name given to it is ‘work stress’. When an employee is harassed, in my observation, both the perpetrator and the victim are angry people even before the event. Violence in the marital relationships is due to repressed anger too.
A few years ago, in the Unites States, a young man had killed many students and teachers in school. The academics wondered what had gone wrong with the boy, who seemed to have a normal upbringing. He came from a background in which he did not have any opportunity to release his anger in a constructive manner. The boy also killed himself in the incident. His repressed anger resulted in the damage to many families, including his own.
In Dunblane, in the UK, a physical education teacher did the same. He lived alone. No one knew much about him till he killed many students. He had no record of any major problems. The reason was that he continued to carry the anger in himself till he exploded. It caused an immense damage to the community.
These are some but not all the signs of suppressed anger. Anger is best dealt with by expression on a regular basis.

In today’s environment, our bodies are constantly bombarded with toxins, chemicals, and animal hormone injections. This is an established fact: our livers take the brunt of the abuse from the increased presence of all these foreign substances in our diet.
We often never even consider the liver or any other interna organ when we are digesting that new candy bar, or the latest cola on the market. However all of these products are made with various forms of petroleum by-products. Some of the coloring used in candies even contains tar. How can these substances possibly be good for your bodies?
They aren’t good for our bodies, and it’s the livers responsibility to help eliminate these from our bodies. Quite often we overload the liver, the kidneys, and the colon and the resulting effects can be quite lethal.
The liver is the only organ in the body responsible for cleansing the blood as it travels throughout our bodies. Blood enters into the liver on its trip from the intestines; after being cleansed, it passes on to the heart and other vital organs. As with any other filter, it needs regular cleaning.
There are many herbal products available today that can accomplish the liver detoxification, and do a very good job. The problem with this approach is that we don’t practice good eating habits that help to keep our liver clean and functioning at peak levels.
Even though the levels of chemicals, hormones, and other foreign substances injected into our food supply is quite well regulated, the levels are not comprehensive. It simply is not possible to determine who will eat what. Therefore, the government of any country cannot say, this level is safe for everyone, because we simply don’t know what every person may eat compositely.
Information such as this, coupled with the fact that we know we are consuming greater quantities of these chemicals and toxins than ever before should alert us to the need for cleansing our liver.

One product, one long web page: this kind of web site is
sometimes called a sales letter site or mini-site, and it
focuses on one and only one goal, as many sales of that one
product as possible. With a one-product sales site, no
distractions, no subsidiary goals, such as newsletter
signups, are allowed to interfere with that goal. So let’s
look at some common mistakes and omissions for a sales
letter site.
Your headline serves as the key point of orientation for
the reader and should be as strongly worded and pointedly
targeted as you can manage. Do not use the name of your
product as the headline - that’s a weak marketing message.
Instead, dramatize either the problem solved by your
product or the solution offered, or both. For instance:
Discover Your Family’s Roots Through Easy, Fun Internet Research
You can often add a subhead after the headline for even
greater punch:
Turn Words into Money with Copy That Even a Skinflint Can’t Resist!
Get a Juicier Return on Investment from Your Marketing With the Easy-to-Apply Secrets in This New Manual
Normally you want to start your sales page by building
rapport with the reader with respect to the problem or goal
at hand. Make sure, however, that you not only make your
case in a positive way for your product but also address
and head off each and every worry, objection or doubt the
reader might have about buying your product. For instance,
how can you know so much about knee injuries if you’re not
a doctor? Or, do these money-saving strategies apply if I
live in Canada or Bermuda?
The biggest worry people have buying online from companies
or individuals they’ve never heard of is, are you
trustworthy? Am I going to get what I order and have some
recourse if it’s a pile of crap? A money-back guarantee
goes part of the way toward assuaging this, as do
testimonials, but just as important, and much more often
neglected, is posting a mailing address and telephone
number for the vendor.
If it’s a physical product that will be shipped, make sure
you explicitly say how and when it will be shipped and
whether you can ship it anywhere in the world for that
price. Don’t make the reader click through to the order
form to learn how much your product costs, or how much it
costs with shipping.
As your copy builds toward its conclusion, remember to
include what marketers term the “call to action”:
explicitly ask for the order. Do so prominently, so that
someone skipping down the page can quickly find the “order
now” button. Even better, insert an order button or link
near the top of the page so that someone who arrives
already wanting to buy can do so immediately.
When you’ve built the strongest possible case for your
product and orchestrated your pitch properly, consider the
formatting of your sales page. Since this sort of site
doesn’t have a left navigation bar, the column of text
often ends up much too wide for comfortable reading.
Studies have shown that paragraphs wider than six or seven
inches are difficult to read on a computer screen. Add
blank columns to the left and right of your sales copy to
narrow it to that width.
Make sure too that paragraphs go on no more than seven
lines, and a long run of paragraphs is broken up by
subheads. And make those subheads interesting and meaty.
Someone who skims down the page should be able to get the
gist of your marketing message just from reading the
subheads.

An established F1 race track generally features a selection of straight road on which the starting rows are placed. The pit lane, where the Formula One drivers come in for refilling & replace old tyres during the grand prix race, & where the Formula One constructors work on the cars prior to the Formula One race, is commonly to be found next to the starting marks. The blueprint of the rest of the race course differs immensely, although in countless cases the track is made in a clockwise direction. Those few race tracks that go anti-clockwise (and so have mainly left-handed turns) may cause Formula 1 drivers health issues as a result of the massive lateral forces generated by F1 vehicles dragging their body in the reverse direction to normal. For all the latest F1 Results go now to F1Tribute.com.
A lot of the race tracks presently in use are particularly created for racing contests. The existing street circuits are the Circuit de Monte Carlo & Melbourne, Australia although circuits in other countries come & go (Las Vegas and Detroit) & proposals for such grand prixs are time and again considered ? in recent times London & Beirut. A number of other race tracks are also completely or partially laid out on normal roads, like that of Spa-Francorchamps. The fascination & regard of the Monte Carlo Formula One race are the main cause why the race track is still in use, since it’s thought not to pass the important safety conditions imposed on other race courses. Three-time Formula 1 World champion Nelson Piquet notably portrayed racing in Monaco as “like riding a bicycle around your own living room”.

This medium sized breed weighs between 50-65 pounds and reaches between 22″ to 26″ in height. Their name is pronounced LAK-in-wah. The Belgian Laekenois is the rarest of four Belgian Sheepdogs. Bred to herd sheep, this breed remains a working breed today.
The AKC recognizes three of the Belgian Sheepdogs but does not recognize the Belgian Laekenois. Their color ranges from red to fawn and mahogany to gray. They may or may not have a dark masking on their face. Their harsh, rough, wiry coat is over 2″ in length and gives them an unkempt or tousled appearance. Their coat is waterproofed and they should not be bathed on a regular basis. They only require minimal grooming and should never be clipped to closely.
This energetic, protective and intelligent breed is more of a working dog than family companion. The Belgian Laekenois loves to work and is happiest when they have a job to do. They are excellent farm dogs, herding dogs and watchdogs. They can also make an good family pets for active families. The Belgian Laekenois has an abundance of energy and loves to be on the go. They are not meant to be indoors all day and are happiest when they have plenty of room to run and play. Early socialization is a must for other pets, dogs and children. Early training is also recommended. They have a herding instinct and will herd family and pets alike.
The Belgian Laekenois originated in Belgium. It is one of four Belgian Sheepdogs. They are often recognized as distinct breeds, but in some countries they are actually all considered to be one breed. Originally bred to watch over linen bleaching fields, they were later used to watch over sheep. They are now used for herding and as guard dogs.
Work, work and more work is the Belgian Laekenois’ motto. They love to have a job to do and are not a lazy breed by any means. To have a happy Belgian Laekenois, they need a family that will recognize their energy level and work instinct and make sure that both those needs are met. If you are a family that likes to relax inside all the time, then the Belgian Laekenois is probably not for you.
